2 Things to Remember
Preparation of a certified, searchable copy of your medical record takes time.
RSRS receives your medical records only when your doctor’s practice closes.
Once the practice closes it takes us approximately 2 weeks to get the records from your doctor. After the records arrive in our facility for processing, timeline for delivery to you is between 4 to 6 weeks.
If there are any unusual delays processing your records, RSRS will reach out via email.
