Hey, there! Doctor Kleinberg here with a great idea to help you manage your stress. It’s called journaling. And essentially, you take a notebook and you write into it experiences, observations, something different that happened during the course of your day.
This isn’t necessarily like a diary. It is more of a “this is what struck me” kind of moment. An “aha” type of moment. Something different, something you may have learned from. Something that you may think you’ll learn from as time goes on.
But it certainly helps to channel feelings, emotions, and stresses that come upon you each and every day. So, try it, it really can work.
It’s a great idea, it’s a natural stress reliever. And it really has helped a lot of people I know.
Have a great day!
